Some Thoughts
1) The issue of violence at Virginia Tech is awful, my thoughts and prayers are with members of the Virginia Tech community and all affected. This is evidence that some changes in gun control are needed; it is unfair for a university to have to deal with such violence in 2007 and now.
2) The US Senate Republicans are simply being obstructionists by blocking the passage of the payroll tax cut...
