Pros: she seems pretty liberal, she’s Jewish, and she has good experience in all 3 branches of government. Cons: she has no judicial experience-actually being a judge, she will have to sit out some cases during the beginning of her term because she is currently solicitor general, and she won’t be easy for the senate to confirm.
